Object rarity

The rarity of an object is defined by the number of customized parts and the rarity of those parts.

Objects have tier levels that depend on special abilities/ properties in the game and limited quantity on the server (timer bomb, iron man suit, gravity gun, helicopter, NPC: slender man, SCP...)
